Southern Draw Design+Build is an alliance of four unique disciplines geared toward making new home construction and remodeling easier, faster and more cost efficient. We offer these services individually or in tandem, as one comprehensive service that takes owners through the entire process from start to finish. Providing all of these disciplines under one roof is unique to the high-end home building industry.
- Architectural Design-Custom Home Design/Home Plans
- Pre-Construction Planning-Detailed specifications on finishes, budgets and scheduling.
- Construction Management-Execution of the project and oversight during the build. Getting bids from subcontractors, managing contracts, schedules, project flow, quality control, etc.
- Production and Installation-For clients who choose to utilize our in house finishing services, we can provide a wonderful selection of reclaimed floors, mantels, beams, siding, interior trusses, doors, cabinets and trim materials for interior and exterior.
Using the Architect Led Design+Build model, we manage your project from pencil to paint. Our Process is “circular in nature”. A little design…a little pricing…a little more design…a little more pricing…always working the design towards the owner’s ultimate budget. When the plans are complete the owner not only has a set of well-conceived design drawings but also an Owners Design Build Manual with all the schedules, budgets and documentation necessary to guide them through the project start to finish.
